Christina Lekati is a psychologist and a social engineer. With her background and degree in psychology, she learned the mechanisms of behavior, motivation, decision making, as well as manipulation and deceit. She became particularly interested in human dynamics and is passionate about social engineering.
Her history and involvement in the cyber security field started quite early in her life. She has participated in penetration tests, needs and vulnerability assessments, trainings, and more.
Christina is currently working with Cyber Risk GmbH as a social engineering trainer & consultant. Christina is the main developer of the social engineering training programs provided by Cyber Risk GmbH. Those programs are intertwining the lessons learned from real life cases and previous experiences with the fields of cybersecurity, psychology and counterintelligence.
Being committed to sharing knowledge and expertise, Christina is also a speaker at conferences in Europe, USA and Asia. She has presented her work at conferences such as the SANS OSINT Summit in Washington DC, Hacktivty in Budapest, given keynote presentations for large cybersecurity conferences in Asia, and local events in her country of residence-Germany. She keeps participating and educating people on social engineering techniques and the psychological elements involved in human hacking around the globe.
