Reem Al Sharaa
•Reem has more than 12 years experience in Qualitative research and moderation. She has managed several projects including Customer Satisfactions studies for government entities, U&As, Concepts Testing, and Communication Evaluation studies.
•As part of her extensive experience, Reem has been exposed to many categories, such as Public Sector, Financial Services telecom, FMCG, Automotive, Social, Pharmaceuticals & Healthcare and Media
•Her experience in moderation extends to different methodologies including in–depth interviews, in-home observation visits & ethnographies and cognitive interviews. She has done this across different spaces- lifestyle, youth, kids, adults & shoppers.
•Reem is responsible for the establishment of Nielsen Online Community and leads the moderators pool at Nielsen. She is responsible to mentor and monitor the moderation team.
•Reem holds a Masters degree in Information Systems from American University in Washington D.C. and a Professional Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing
