Dr. Sarah Haynes
Dr. Sarah Haynes is the current Co-founder, Co-CEO and Chairwoman of Bolt Mobility. Sarah is a results-driven professional with over 25 years of experience in business strategy, due diligence research, operations, business development, philanthropy, executive coaching, human talent, risk assessment and mitigation. Sarah has worked in multiple sectors, including research, micromobility, on-demand transportation, business development, venture capital, collaborative consumption, human talent, education, and behavioral health. Sarah earned her Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology and holds a certificate from the Professional Management Certificate Program (PMCP) from Georgetown University. She was a member of the full-time clinical research faculty at Georgetown University School of Medicine where she served as a Project Manager and Team Leader at five major hospitals in Washington D.C. She previously served as the Chief of Staff for a leading venture capital firm with over $650M under management. Sarah played an instrumental role in the creation and maintenance of community relationships and corporate social responsibility initiatives like Bolt Forward, which provides discounted access to transportation for veterans and low-income populations. Sarah leads philanthropic giving’s for the Pishevar Family Foundation and holds a position on the steering committee for UNICEF USA to support disaster and humanitarian relief. In the past, Sarah has been an active Program Volunteer with the Red Cross Disaster Relief, Coachart, YMCA’s Project Cornerstone. As a volunteer, Sarah helps individuals set and achieve individual wellness and career goals.
