
Simon Willgoss
Simon Willgoss leads the Managed Security Services practice at Help AG. English by birth and Australian by choice, having grown up in Sydney, Australia for over 30 years, Simon now calls Dubai home and is passionate about developing people, optimizing processes and leveraging tools to support effective implementation of cybersecurity and management of risk.
Simon comes with 20+ years of experience as Specialist/Team Leader within Financial Services, IT & Managed Services. Before Help AG, he spent several successful years in NTT/Dimension Data, BT, and IBM. One of his career highlights was spearheading the successful transition from build to operations of ICT security infrastructure for a $2.5B all-digital hospital. He has successfully created several SOC processes, workflow management and stakeholder relationships for effective remediation and mitigation of Security Events, Incidents, Threats and Vulnerabilities.
Simon brings an impeccable ability to rapidly understand, assimilate and remember complex technical information, and articulate complex technical elements. Leveraging his excellent technical and analytical skills, Simon has been instrumental in creating multiple Managed Security Service Designs for custom Security Services and acceleration the evolution of MSS at Help AG.
